We are an events company based in Amesbury, Wiltshire and specialise in high quality event concessions and event concession contract management - delivering high quality and high profit concessions for event organisers throughout central and south England.
Harry's Story
Born in 2005, Harry has always possessed a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating memorable experiences. From securing his first job at a local hotel at just 13 years old, he developed an early appreciation for hospitality and customer service that has remained at the heart of everything he does. Alongside this, his lifelong love of horses led him to study at Sparsholt College, work as a jockey, train as a stable hand and become involved in racehorse training, nurturing a deep connection with the equestrian world and the outdoors.
Harry's passion for both hospitality and equine life inspired the launch of his first catering ventures, operating from converted horseboxes and attending some of the UK's leading equestrian events. Combining practical experience, determination and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service, he quickly built a reputation for quality, reliability and attention to detail.
What began in 2025 as The Old Forge Mobile Bars and Catering, with a single coffee trailer, has evolved into ViX Events – a thriving business providing catering, food and beverage management, and concession services for a wide range of prestigious events. In 2026, the business was rebranded as ViX in honour of Harry's late mother, Vicky, whose encouragement, support and belief in his ambitions played a pivotal role in the company's beginnings. Her memory continues to inspire Harry's drive, resilience and commitment to growing the business she helped shape.
Today, ViX Events encompasses multiple mobile units, including cocktail, mulled wine/cider & Pimms bars, coffee outlets, catering trucks and specialist food concepts, while also delivering tailored event solutions through a trusted network of carefully selected industry partners. Supported by an incredible team of family, friends and colleagues, Harry remains focused on expanding the business, creating outstanding experiences and building a legacy founded on passion, dedication and exceptional hospitality.

Harry
Harry, oversees every move and small details across the company. Not just at events but all the behind the scenes work as well, from building and restoring units, to choosing what cocktails are on at which events, or managing staff, he does it all; with much appreciated help from the team around him.
Right Hand Man
Callum
Callum makes sure all trailer, generators, and units are at an event, on time, set up, ready to go. As well as transporting and towing, he also supervises events when Harry isn't around. Without Callum, our events would be a lot more stresfull!
